The CATI Story
Gonzales, Texas, 1835 – A small group of Texian settlers turn away a contingent of the Mexican army who sought to disarm them, defending not only a small cannon, but more importantly, their values, ethics, and morals. Their resolve is legendary in Texas history. If the Mexican army was to have the cannon, they would be forced to “Come and Take It.” This small, militarily irrelevant battle set the spark towards Texan independence. Some of Texas’ greatest stories – the Battle of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto – might have never happened had a small group of Texians not stood for what they knew to be right. The defenders at Gonzales irreversibly changed the course of Texas history and solidified the culture of Texans for generations. We stand for what is right. We defend our values. We constantly engage in the endless pursuit of “better.”

Dan Bradley – Chief Executive Officer
Dan is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a former Air Force Special Warfare Officer. After serving for over five years in the elite Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) community, he worked as a Sales Director for a commercial construction company as well as a Contributor for the Talent War Group. He founded CATI Striping & Coating in 2022 with the intent of creating a culture that truly puts people above all else.
Dan holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Saint Bonaventure University and is passionate about the study and application of effective leadership principles. His focus as the CEO of CATI Striping is to build a high-performing, people-centric culture that emphasizes leadership at all levels.
Bryan Gallegos – Director of Operations
Bryan joined the CATI team in 2022 and brought with him over 25 years of experience in parking lot striping, cleaning, maintenance, and service. Before joining the CATI team, Bryan built a legacy as the owner and lead operator of CW Pressure Wash & Parking Lot Striping.
Bryan has a heart for serving others and takes an immense amount of pride in celebrating the successes of his teammates. His selflessness, kindness, and values-driven approach to business truly aligns with the CATI culture and sets the standard for those who follow him.
